I am a little over 13 weeks pregnant! Baby K is growing at a quicker pace and is about 3 inches long, weighing around 1 oz. His or her fingerprints have formed on tiny fingertips. I have been feeling MUCH better this week although I’m still craving FRIED foods and ice cream. Next week will mark the official start of my second trimester. In celebration, here is a photo which I feel sums up my first trimester perfectly. Cookie crisp in the bathroom. Never before have I wished for my bathroom cabinet to be a pantry full of snack food as much as I have during these past few months.
Patrick definitely got a kick out of coming home from work to find trails of food in our bathroom (and every room in our condo for that matter) throughout the first couple of months. Hey –eating often was the only thing that made me feel better)! Here’s to a healthy and happy start to second trimester!
In other news , Patrick starts his new job as Sales Trainee for Crescent Crown tomorrow..send good vibes his way!!!
